what are you useing to make it?

Hey guys sorry but the development of this game has come to a complete stand still so I'm sorry to say the game won't be ready for quite some time. HSC is really hitting hard. sorry -_-.
As of this time the game will be offline, however i have seen videos on making the game co-op online (se links below). the scripts for that however are mainly for rpg maker vx not vxace so i am still looking for someone who knows PHP and ruby and whatever other stuff is required to code such an engine into online form. So putting it shortly the game is being built for Offline but there is chances that online may be possible however i can't do it alone.

is it going to be online or offline?
Rpg maker is very early in it's stages and Will NOT be completed for some time due to the size of project I am undertaking. So questions first.
What is Random RPG? Glad you asked. Random RPG is a game like Skyrim or Dragon age (interactability wise). You will be able to travel throughout the world of "Leventhia" interacting with countless merchants and wonderers, encounter animals, beasts and whatever other creatures are floating about. You will be able to gather ingreadients and cook your own food (currently idealistic), lockpick and steal from average viligers homes, Get lost in cave systems and dungeons without an idea of where to go. Most of all you WILL bea able to accept, recieve, and complete QUESTS (currently active).
How dose cooking work? At the current point in time I am not 100% sure how it will work, however I expect it will be something like Skyrims cooking where the character will be pre-occupied stiring some pot on the screen while you are choosing the ingreadients to use. Be aware that cooking will start at a base level of "not learned" so the player will have to find someone who can teach them to cook.
Quests: Quests at the moment are like anyother game (talk to this guy and start the quest, pick up this item and start the quest.) But unlike any other game there is room for custom story lines (Simply email [email protected] with the details of your quest and your desired name and i will try to fit it in as best as i can). This will allow for true player input so I'm not being bombarded with hate or reqests there is my email and instructions (This game is made the way you want it).
Lockpicking: Oh don't we all love stealing some old ladys stuff. Fortunetly for you lockpicking is a given right from square one (however It's shitty) but given the attention lockpicking will soon become something smooth and easy. At the moment It's just an idea (RUBY code is hard to learn for a first time coder like me) so these things won't be in the first testing release (sometime in the next few months). The idea of lockpicking is going to be sort of like figuring out a combination. E.g. |0|0|0|0|. At the moment!!!!. I do intend to make it more "lockpicky" but i have no idea how i will do it (not even a picture in my head). But it will get there.
Classes: Yes It's there and very functional. Infact it was the first thing i did in the game. Simply start a new game, chose your name (16 characters), Gender, and finally your class. Be aware this will not be changable once the game has started. You may however be able to change it with a mystery side quest at about level 40-50 area (half way through the game's leveling system) Unfortunate but I did stress at the start of the game there was no going back. This will be a reward for sticking to the game and being a huge supporter of the game.
Open world areas: The first area "Plains of Leventhia" will be avaliable from square one, however the other 4 areas will be developed while you play that section of the game (think of it as free DLC) All you gotta do is move your save file over to the new game folder and BOOM your ready to kick some DLC ass. Outside areas will also be Customisable. However this time i need a concept art to go with the area so i can advertise your area ([email protected]) same rules apply as before.
