I have a question:
Is it more difficult to make a local multiplayer or single player game than an online multiplayer game? because it`s very rare for a game developer to decide to make an online-only game, especially for a fighting game.
If so, is there any way you can make the training mode like an alternative to a free fight mode? Where you can adjust the oponent`s difficulty, health and things like that.
Welcome to the RWBY Fighter Fan Game (currently no name yet :P). This is an action platformer game inspired by the Smash Bros. series, as well as the MOBA genre. The training mode is currently finished, and the 1v1 mode is currently in development. I have plans to make 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4. The game will only have online multiplayer (can't play multiplayer on the same device).
At the moment there are two playable characters: Yang and Ruby!
This is a fan game of the animated webseries, RWBY, created by Rooster Teeth. This project is not affiliated with Rooster Teeth. I, the creator of this project, do not own RWBY and its characters. This game is a nonprofit fan project made for other RWBY fans.

I started this project after school ended, but unfortunately, school has started again, which means that there will be slower progress on the game until the end of this year (when school ends again). I decided to post the current state of the game, so that I can receive feedback on the game. The game is currently unavailable to play, except for playtesters.
