i cant find the mod folder, any help?

I'm gonna try to put the whole OST of Sonic vs. Kel onto Gamejolt. This includes the full tracks of each song, each songs' instrumentals, the old versions of some songs, and even the scrapped songs that I didn't feel like were good enough for the mod.
