What once was a love-letter to Neil Cicierega's (Lemon Demon's) Spirit Phone has slowly developed into a passion project of mine.
The Mushroom Man is a semi-horror comedy that puts a focus on the relationships you make with the characters in the game. When Phall's mother goes missing, him and his good friends have to go through the depths of hell, the sprawling static of insanity, and the grips of separate realities intercepting with each other.
This game is heavily story based, ala Night In The Woods, What Remains Of Edith Finch, ect.
The game has been going through incredible developments. I'm going to put significant effort into this game, because I truly believe that it has potential to make you feel.
