As per usual, an awesome entry. The form swapping is satisfying to watch in the same it's fun to watch Iron man suit up, the sword slashing was by far my favourite way to engage enemies. Sounds great and everything just works together to create a really polished feeling. I really liked your explosion animations too.

Enemy variety was fun and kept me switching, the hitbox being the head was also a smart choice since otherwise I guess slashing wouldn't be viable.

The UI is super clean too, I also really love that you can choose your colour scheme at the start, nice touch.

The Lag enemies are clearly the most annoying up front, but still, good little game.

Nice art style dude, creative use of theme.

Really enjoyable. The music was great and I liked the enemies. The Lag enemy and transforming error enemy are very creative and in keeping with the story. I generally found it easier to be transformed since the hit box seemed smaller and the wider reach of the sword made it easy to take out multiple obstacles/enemies at once. Only managed to play the single player but I had a good t ime.

Opera GX Game Jam entry!

Earth's Wifi signal has been lost! Civilization is on the brink of collapse. You must pilot the experimental transforming vehicle Unlimited Fighter Opera to the depths of space and kill Lag, Bugs, and Errors to earn new Wifi energy... and hopefully save the universe!

In UFO form, you have a long-range gun. In MECHA form, you have a short-range sword that allows you to hit enemies above or below you while avoiding fire. Swap between forms on the fly and effectively use each weapon to do serious damage and rack up Wifi energy!


Difficulty Scaling:

250pts: Lag Ships start spawning. Up to 4 enemies* can be onscreen.

1000pts: Bugs start spawning.

2000pts: Error Mechs start spawning, but only 1 can be onscreen at a time.

5000pts: Up to 5 enemies* can be onscreen.

10000pts: Up to 6 enemies* can be onscreen.

15000pts: Up to 7 enemies* can be onscreen.

20000pts: Up to 8 enemies* can be onscreen, and up to 2 Error Mechs can be onscreen.

25000pts: Up to 9 enemies* can be onscreen.

*excluding asteroids
