0.8.0 Update: Adventure mode WIP, winrate stats and fixes


After this, I’m going back to working on the adventure mode, I had no occasion to test Jim Carré (in holidays, so no friends around). And so he wasn’t added to competitive this update.

Additions / Changes:

  • Personalized character (customized skins with skill mapping too)

  • In casual character selection screen, you can now press B or Tab to open the settings menu, to note it only applies to the game you are about to play

Fixes:

  • Every character and skins added after the first version didn’t have their character’s cooldown text color

  • There were still some traces of the multiplayer tentative I didn’t delete, the game should run a bit faster

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
