Second image is what I made in Blender to get the perspective right.
Did something similar for the last art of the boat I did.
Simple shapes and models put together and posed help a TON with getting things to look right.
Originally there was going to be a clown alone in the city, but I didn't manage to finish it last night, so Scarecrow it is!
I think that a lone scarecrow is a lot more evocative anyways. Like, a clown in a ruined city is a little less strange than a scarecrow.
A clown is still a living person, a scarecrow, at least usually, is not.
So it makes you wonder what the hell is going on here much more! I'm curious... what do you think the story is behind this scene?
