This character I created is a swashbuckling, shapeshifting lizard named Shay. She can’t fully change into the same person she touches as she will still have some of her deeming qualities with her at all times, however, she does adopt the physical and mental capabilities of said person. Thus why her ‘Bob transformation’ is a little different than the good bat himself.
