My favourite channel that is about to close down in less than half an hour as this is published in merging with another channel, and my final love letter before I can't create any more in its "life".
Note that this isn't a fully coloured artwork so this is not their full design pallete.
They're technically the same person, the thing that makes them different is how I write their eccentric backstories and how I customise them based on the show they came from. Simple say, Mizal's alter egos. Below are their informations, characters from left to right.
The seemingly contrasting two guys on the most left are actually best friends.
The red alter with a lot of ribbons on his coat is the hero of his story Starrockers. He is a former rockstar who left his band after an agreement between the new band members at the time he leaves and pursues a reality show hosting career. Behind his charismatic and versatile façade, hides a quiet and sorrowful true self. He prefers living in a solitary life and occasionally visits his former band. His outfit is taken from the ninth week of The Masked Singer Malaysia, season four. (And yes this is one of my friend's favourite)
The blue alter that holds the rockstar is an energetic guy who is a former village bumpkin who likes listening to rock. However, the people there are really homogenous, and heavily judges him out of his interest until he is kicked out of the village. After a bit of blending with the city life, he got teleported in the Starrockers universe and was found by the alter of the said realm. Despite being opposites, they surprisingly get along well due to music interest. The outfit for this one is ripped from the third week in Muzikal Lawak Superstar, season four. (Coincidence ik)
The one delinquent-looking alter and the other behind him are from the same series, Super Spontan, albeit from different seasons. They don't take any outfits from any weeks, just a "personification" of the season themes.
The alter with the money is a criminal, who has somehow just escaped a maximum security prison. He's in a hunt for two groups of gangsters alone, just so that he can be the one who succeeded in a heist that the two gangs also plans in. This alter do have standards though, as he points out the gang leader's biggest flaw. He is taken from the 2017's season theme, crimes and prison.
The other alter behind the previous introduced is a devoted guide who has an experience with being lost in an island filled with tribes hostile to outsiders. He knows the 2017 alter in some ways and later after the heist incident, they become frenemies. This other is based on 2016 season theme, stranded in an island.
The middle two people are Firzal and Zamrud/Zirrow, two adoptive brothers whom somehow... Became the protagonist and antagonists in their story respectively. Taken from Mizal's outfits in both Maharaja Lawak Mega's 2021 and 2019 themes and decided to make the DEEPEST lore among the others. Followers that have been with me for a while might know them.
Note that I kept their lore spoilerless for obvious reasons, so some of the lore info here are intentionally lies.
Sometime around late 1890's to early 1900's, Firzal lost both of his parents and was found by a woman. He is introduced to the woman's family which includes Zamrud himself who is two years older than Firzal at the time.
[TBA]
The duo with their hands crossed are from different series, one being short-lived with two seasons, another ascended to "another level" months after.
One with the air horn is a reckless office chief, being a prankster among his easily-shocked and clumsy worker. His punishment towards his workers are kind of... Eccentric, and questionable. Rumours said that he has a backstory with an abusive chief, so he copes with his trauma this way. Simple say, he's a playful and possibly tragic bully towards some of his workers. His vest and shirt colour varies.
The one with tickets is a recruiter of candidates that are likely to take a big title in his games, disguised in a elegant and classy invitations. He is a smooth-talking and charismatic agent of a certain organisation, and has beef with a spy organisation for some reason. He is mysterious, either that he is an elite man tasked with inviting people due to his skills or that he has a backstory behind what he is doing...
The one in between them... Don't ask about him. He's a lie detector, based on Betul ke Bohong series.
The yellow coat guy with ghostly drums and flag is a man who formerly inhabits a village in a deep forest, before it got burnt down by villainous corporate man. [TBA...]
Don't ask about the man on the pole, just a honourable mention of a series I didn't even know about.
I know their legacy will be continued, but I will miss the time there was a standalone channel for them all, as this is the end of an era. Goodbye and have an eternal goodnight.
