Brown-blonde haired guy is named Marian, and the blue-haired one is named Hatsuno. They're based on different aesthetic, but both aesthetics originated from the 2000's.

Frutiger guy is called a male version of Hatsune Miku and gyaruo guy is called a male version of Mariah from JJBA. That's where they got the names lol
