(and if an overall 185+ cm long rapier count, giant weapon)
This is Dreamless Paradise, an AU where Joost (given title "Rapier of True Unity") is the sole holder of a Pure Fragment of Creation. This means not only Mizal is absent in this AU, the Essence of Creation is also incomplete due to having no holder for another Pure Fragment, thus having to carry all of the burden of being the Guardian of Unity alone. Due to the instability of the cycle of life, creatures that aren't meant to exist appear as they claim the land that is meant for mankind. They don't just eradicate humanity as a whole, they also decided to take away the title of "Fae" from the Faeries, which forces the latter to flee to a planet where another variation of their species are native to after an attempted genocide.
During that time of despair as if it's the end of the world for humans is the day of Judgement's transformation from a regular meek human to what she is today and temporarily seizes the progress of the monsters to "cleanse the lands" by punishing them in a violent strike. Days before the calamity ends, Rapier of True Unity can't handle the circumstances of the inevitable and fled to a dream realm and never coming back for a long time.
The cycle of life still goes passively, yet unstable, even after humanity seems to ceased to exist.
Years after years, only do he start to realize that a lesser, smaller Fragment of Creation called Cozmotick has an unusually high concentration of different concept, but only investigated them outside of the main dimension for safety reasons.
And yet after a disaster in the dream world, he got separated from it and teleported back to reality, now dubbed the "dreamless dimension" after the fact that everything is more grim than what the world was before. To get himself back on track, he has one task: find the truth of the Faeries, return their power which was long stolen by the false "Fae", and find the ultimate truth of what was behind Judgement's "creation".
In this artwork, is one of an arc where he finds a planet where everything is rotting, as if nothing alive anywhere in that world. A presence of something dangerous, feeling like plague incarnate even is corrupting the places around the extrastellar system.
This artwork's canvas file size ended up being very huge, around 34.9 MB. But the actual artwork's file size is just 5.07 MB. Overall layers are 85 (excluding the WIP text wall), and 21 hours 50 minutes of so-called "working" (majority of that "work" is slep and slacking off).
The interpretation of Wither in this artwork takes more of my take of Team Wither from Art Fight 2022's visual aesthetics (which is, pretty much disturbing considering me blending it with my love for horror). Yeah no more funny mushrooms, you'll gonna see this instead.
Idk if I have anything to say, it's late here, so see y'all again!
