Baby's Nightmare Circus VR: Remake (1.0.1) is out now!

We're very sorry for all the issues in the first version, you showed us great kindness and had high expectations and we let you all down. We're extremely sorry for that.

This new version addresses most of the bugs present at launch.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the rewind station hand crank to keep playing the sound effect despite you not using it

  • Handcrank interaction distance has been increased

  • Fixed a bug that caused multiple sparks particle effect to spawn in the level select making the game unplayable

  • The game now automatically applies the best graphic preset for your PC the first time you launch the game

  • All UI touch buttons now give you a visual cue to hold them down instead of simply pressing them

  • Added haptic feedback on all UI buttons

  • It should now be easier to use UI buttons

  • Teleports hitbox is now larger

  • All animatronics now get their movement opportunity every 8 seconds instead of 6

  • Nightmare Baby kill timer has been increased

  • Nightmare Baby waits more in the last stage before jumpscaring

  • Jumpscare lighting improved

  • Jumpscare lights now cast better shadows

  • Night length decreased from 360s to 300s

  • Rewritten some level tutorials to be clearer

  • Rewritten teleportation tutorial

  • You are no longer able to see past the background in the cutscenes

  • Fog no longer clips through the background during cutscenes

  • Fixed translucent objects sorting

  • Fixed broken volumetrics that caused the game to become extremely bright on lower graphic presets

  • Fixed pop-in of the environment assets near the side of your view in all outdoor scenes

  • Vegetation density has been decreased

  • Reduced polycount on several meshes

  • Removed out-of-bounds text in the main menu

  • Fixed level select skydome texture

  • Various stability and performance improvements

  • Hands no longer cast shadows

  • Adjusted hands rotation

  • Fixed shadow glitch on tutorial text

  • Tutorial text now emits light

  • Fixed level select text cutoff

  • Changed text from "Hard Way" to "The Hard Way" in level select

  • UI buttons are now bigger

  • Hands no longer clip through UI or physical buttons

  • Optimized camera tracing

  • Improved texture compression

  • Material complexity optimized

  • The title screen has been overhauled

  • Added several new sound effects

  • Improved login screen UX and UI

  • Several bug fixes and adjustments
