Rail or Die 1.2 - Introducing the Route Map! (1.2.2)

- Added Route Map - now the player chooses the route before departure

- Added new types of warehouses that differ in loot and appearance

Finally I add an automatic turret for Rail or Die as suggested by the players. It will be expensive and weak, but it attacks automatically, what is useful for late game.

Later there will be a system of hiring other crew.
