v0.8.31 Changelog:

- Added new weapon; R-455 Stalker (M21 EBR)

- Fixed a bug where player would get stuck in ground (inside ice cave)

- Made Landing Zone marker visible again

- Corrected ladder placement in ventilation (beneath canteen) - Improved ventilation ladder sprite

- Minor changes to scenery placement - Improved sprite for BLY-4T (P90)

- Added silencer for BLY-4T, N33, SC96

- Improved sprite for CHC33 - Converted Weapon Selection UI to new style

- Produced "Cold Fusion" soundtrack

- Added tutorial/advice screen for Silencers

- Added tutorial/advice screen for Tacticals

- Improved sprites for Tacticals (Throwing knife, stun grenade, frag grenade)

- Restricted enemies being alerted by explosion from entire area to nearby

- Added a global "restore_input" command

- Improved level design in foyer area to accommodate "Tacticals" tutorial

- Made enemy unable to instantly detect player through semi-platforms

Continuation on the features showcased in the "Ember" Devlog entry. Helicopter Camo can now be changed, select between 14 variants, and two new ordnance items; EMP Grenade and Incendiary Grenade.
