If you were wondering where the quote came from, it's from this beautiful short choir song titled "The Road Home"

Give it a listen if you'd like! It was this song and other fantasy ones that really fuelled this piece, and I consider it Polaris' unofficial theme of sorts because the lyrics fit quite well.

Also, this is the first time I've shown Polaris here! It's an unofficial debut though, their design is still in progress. Look out for a ref sheet one day

Fun stuff I tested:

- Layering gradient maps on each other

- wet paint brush??

also, I tried drawing long flowy hair for once, I think it looks better than I thought, but I don't understand how to draw ribbons so it could be better ;w;

Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with what I managed to achieve in a month, especially with the comics and character interactions. + I improved drawing on mobile, which is nice!
