Rowan is the First Givanium Human, made from Givanium, born from Givanium, similar to Audrey from BATDR, she's an Ink Human

What happened with Rowan's Arms?

Apart from Rowan being a replacement for Syringeon, since Syringeon has Mechanical and surgical tools for hands, Rowan lost his arms in the Reborn Incident.

Some wires got tangled in his arms, and well, Reborn just ripped his arms off with the Plox Veins.

Rowan's relation with Project Reborn?

Rowan was a lead scientist, alongside Igor and Katherine, Rowan was a very kind doctor as well!

Rowan was Surgeon and Doctor part-time, and of course, babysitting Matthew and his siblings as a kid!

Rowan was in charged of monitoring Matticraft/Reborn's vitals and power surges, heartbeats, breaths, etc.
