Hey yall, and welcome back to another devlog! today I got yall the missing band member that I left out last time, foxy, along with mangle and a few foxy specific "spells"!
Abstract foxy (similar to how i made the rest of the band) is based around the already existing archatype, being well foxy, who's whole gameplan is to gain +1 jp (jumpscare points [aka the characters dmg]) counters in order to do massive damage really quick. abstract foxy takes this consept and pushes it to the next level by having him add 2 +1 jp counter every turn, instead of the usaual 1 per turn. he makes up for this in not only his cost, being one of the most expensive foxy cards, but also in the reliance on enemy player input,as the oppoent can block the 2 +1 jp placement by paying 20% that turn.
next is abstract mangle and her wires, she also takes from a preexisting archatype too, but instead of the foxy one, its the mangle one. this archatype heavily favors sacrificing cards (either throught discarding or outright killing cards on your map) to gain an edge. this mangle is made to be support for this playstyle by acting as a card to sacrifice, as her whole gimmick is that when she or her wires die, it kills the other card, granting twice the value!
onto foxy's own spells/customizations, we have insta-foxy, which again supports the foxy deck by heavily buffing up your card by adding multiple +1 jp counters to a card at once.
theres also good guy, which is the first shop item that I have made for this set. good guy just allows you to play any [fox] card for cheap, which is good for some decks that well have [fox] cards with high cost. thought it does come with its downside of giving your oppoent some help every time the [fox] card attacks.
well thats all I have for you today! but before I go,I wanted to start adding this little, i guess ad? for playing the tcg (which I highly reccomend to do if your interested, we need to players lol) below every devlog.
but if your not interested, or are already playing, then I'll see yall in 2 weeks!
if your interested in playing this fnaf tcg, I have a link to a tutorial for the game Here, which will explain how to play and how to use Untap, our main way of playing the game. I would also highly recommend joining Siresquawk's Discord, in order to make searching for an actual game much easier, "sneak" peaks at new cards that either I or Siresquawk's will make, and some interaction with other people who play this tcg.
