hello everyone, this is I and this is the third episode of Devlog, this today Devlog is gonna be an Early Concept that I deleted from the plan of my games and an Early Concept that goes to Unused stuff which is right in Extra
Concept 1
this concept model for Linda is too cursed that's why I throw it in the trash, I thought it was awesome at first but when I finished it I was like "wait, why do this instead of copy wally's model and turning it in into Linda?" I was so stupid
Concept 2
This Office concept is uhh... complicated, I was about to use it but I realized there's an unused phone model! so I deleted it and that's it... wait, one more thing, the office is still used but different, the difference is that the fan and the door, I added a shadow for the door and a fan model (I also animated the fan)
Concept 3
this concept has no screenshot or anything but I tell you that this concept is making me go insane and almost cancel the entire game. So, I was about to make it from the tutorial and I got a lot of issues going on in the office part, the button glitching out and it doesn't match the X and Y, I cancel so many same projects because I tried to match it but I failed so I stop developing it for a week, I started a new one which is the current project, I have an idea for that. I say to myself "what about, no button but keyboard" a lot of games do that, right? y'know what, I don't care, that's an idea that just came out to my mind (so, A and D for doors, Q and E for light, remember)
Concept 4 (Unused)
this unused concept is the main title screen, as you can see from this screenshot when I was making a title screen, I say that this main menu screen doesn't match and doesn't fit what my idea just draw
Concept 5 (Unused)
I called this unused concept "Title Night", I thought it'll be cool if I added those, here's all the Title Night from my game:
Night 1 as The Basics Night
NIght 2 as Fun Beginner
Night 3 as Stranger Danger
Night 4 as Night Eve
Night 5 as Final Danger
Concept 6 (Unused Character)
David Roigor, a Polar Priest Bear from Wally and Friends, In the cartoon he's a priest but I cannot show you a model of him because he's part of unused stuff but still remember what he looks like, He's the Brother of Linda Daisy, He's very good at carrying stuff, polite to people too. In the game, he helps you survive the entire night and he doesn't have a jumpscare because he's a helper, he'll appear when you press the poster of him and he will help you, just like Rockstar Foxy, you have to choose an option which one is helpful and which one is ACTUALLY helpful (it has Speed Time). This idea was immediately scrapped before I start the development of the game because the game will be much easier to beat the entire game, that's why I removed him out of ideas.
Final Early Concept
The map, if you didn't see the poll post, that concept is making me confused about which one matches the map, so I let you and people choose but there's only 1 voted, which is the entire room map, the map concept was this
I say that this camera is a little bit confusing and that's why someone voted map1 (entire room), map2 was based on FNaF 1 map concept, that's why I make this and I immediately throw it into the trash
And unfortunately, that's it because I can't show you more Concepts and Unused Stuff, but I enjoy making these Devlogs, and I really glad you've read all of these, this devlog takes longer than I thought and that's all for now, there'll be more devlog soon. Before I end this Devlog, if you didn't see the post, there'll be a real hour time mode and it'll take many many days to complete the entire game, the animatronic will go slow either and will be the same speed at night 1 so it'll take longer to get them to your door, yes it'll be a separate game, there's an Original Edition and Real-Time Edition, coming out at the same time as original releases.
