While I want to release some interesting content in the near future, here's a small patch for the game that finishes up some weapon balancing.
Balance Changes:
Laser Gun
- Increased base attack speed by 20%
SMG
- Increased potential inaccuracy by 50%
- Increased base attack speed by 20%
Rifle
- Increased damage by 30%
- Decreased attack speed by 10%
Decay
- Increased projectile lifespan by 30%
- Decreased damage falloff greatly
Game Balance
- Made the game a bit easier when starting off by reducing amount of enemies
- Reduced most point rewards for defeating enemies
- Armor upgrades now increase damage reduction by 0.025 instead of 0.05
Game Changes & Bug Fixes:
- Reduced amount of unused game assets
- Slight performance optimisations and an attempt at fixing a crash
- Fixed a bug with enemy collisions sometimes not functioning correctly
