Her name is on the paper, Neena. She’s uh.. a slush/weather control fae/fairy. Tho she can’t make the whole world freezing cold since the equator exists and the scale of the planet is too big.
She’s also very cocky, known to be usually energetic and lively. Not really an OC, just smth a bit personal. Tho you can consider her an OC still if you want, I don’t mind.
