FNaBP 2 Custom Night has released!

Read the article for all exact changes from the original FNaBP 2.


  • Deltatime has been added. This will make the game run at the same speed regardless of FPS.

  • Remade the INI system. This new INI will no longer let you edit your save file. (im not changing this for fnabp 1 cn)

  • Remade the Custom Night Menu.

  • Added a transition to and from the Options menu.

  • Added a toggle for modern Perspective.

  • Added toggles for DRPC, Grind Mode, and the title screen music. (There's no toggle for Springtrap's design, don't complain to me that I used the official one because I will not be changing it.)

  • You can customize the key you use for the flashlight.

  • GameJolt API has been added.

  • The game will now check what version you are playing on, and if you are not on the latest version, the version text will flash red, indicating the version you are playing on is outdated.

  • New presets have been added.

  • A Hard Mode has been added that significantly buffs the difficulty but keeping the game fair and fun.

  • Added Best Time for the max mode for both Normal Mode and Hard Mode.

  • New tips have been added.

  • When a Phantom jumpscares you, instead of making you defenseless for a few seconds, they will cause your insanity to go up. Let your insanity raise too much, and you'll die instantly. This was added to make the Phantoms much more of a threat.

  • Lockjaw will now have a 1/10 chance at the start of the night to look at you until you leave the gameplay frame, whether that be holding escape or pressing Retry or Menu when you die. (You also get a trophy for this!)

  • Pressing R or F1 now resets the night.

  • Remade the power outage sequence.

  • Removed the danger ambience. Sorry!

  • Recoded the AI from the ground-up.

  • Most animatronics from the original game (excluding Freddy & Chica) now have a new mechanic, or have been completely overhauled.

  • Added Phantom Freddy and Phantom Chica, each with their own unique mechanics.

  • Added hallucinations to the gameplay. (This is important for a certain character's mechanic!)

  • Added the time you died at to the Game Over screen.

  • Phantom Freddy and Phantom Chica can now show up in the menu.

  • If you have the original title screen music playing, a warning will show up near the music text.

  • Overall better coding and other miscellaneous things I might be forgetting.

DISCLAIMER: This game unfortunately had to be put in a .zip file, as Windows Defender is pretty stinky.

This was on hold for a bit, as I planned to wait until Green Jerry released v1.1 of the original game before working on it, however Green Jerry had the MFA for what was done for v1.1, which allowed me to get a lot of work done with the game. After that, all that was left was Phantom Chica's jumpscare to replace the stinky one with the plush one. That issue was fixed whenever I wanted to work on this game again, and once I got that done I decided to release the game.

As per usual, I hope you enjoy and please report bugs if you find any. I won't be working on FNaBP 3 CN until later as I would like to put more prioritization on the next big update for TRTF 2 CR and FNaF 4 UCN v2.0, so be aware of that.

i havent explicitly stated this but 2.0 is meant to have more creative mechanics than the mechanics you already saw in 1.0 and make the game way more fun. (i fucking hate 1.0 now btw xdnt)

NOTE: You can't use Escape as a key, & you won't be able to leave the Options menu until you select a key. (you can still Alt + F4 tho, it js wont save)

remade the header for 1.0, its not much but it should hopefully be more appealing than it was before lmao

this will not stay forever btw, when 2.0 comes out this WILL be replaced with the 2.0 header

ill probably redo the thumbnail when 2.0 comes out

for context lockjaw has a 1/10 chance to spawn and will stay for the entire night until you leave the gameplay frame, whether its returning to the menu or clicking retry after dying
