Was originally going to do a William Afton is your Easter Bunny doodle, but I saw someone else had already done something similar, so I did this instead.
I think I made a good choice ^.^
Also, I usually put my art through the curves filter, boosting the shadows and the highlights. It always makes the art pop WAY more, but I decided to draw special focus to the way my art comes out normally this time.
But ofc, here's the version the the shadows and highlights emphasized as well

There's some things I like better about this version, but also some things I prefer with the original. I guess that would be something to work on when it comes to my art skills. Being able to make images as vibrant as this without boosting shadows and highlights with a filter, but just with my color choices.
Maybe I'll get there someday. In the meantime, I'm very happy with how this piece turned out, and I hope you are too.
I've been feeling down about some things lately, there's certainly no shortage of things to feel down about. I wanted to do something hopeful here.
Easter is a day that celebrates a resurrection, a rebirth. It's also (at least close to) the start of spring, a time of new beginnings, flowers beginning to bud, leaves returning to trees.
It's a good season for hope in a new day, don't you think?
As an aside, I think I might've chosen to do flower fields in-part because I've been playing ER Shadow of the Erdtree, and there are some really beautiful flower fields in that game/dlc.
Obviously flowers, spring, and easter all go together like eggs in a basket, but flower fields specifically might've been subconsciously inspired.
Anyways-
No matter what, there's always something in this world you can look at, and find beautiful. I hope that, for you, I've just now increased that count of beautiful things by one. I know I have for me, and I know in my heart I'm gonna keep on doing that! ^.^
You do that too, won't you?
There's always something beautiful we can DO too.
Speaking of which, I've been receiving a lot of really positive comments lately, and I just wanted to say it means a lot. I've said it a lot already but, collectively, to all of you: Thankyou ^.^
Ok that's enough words. Let's wrap up this novel with a "see you all next time or something"!
see you all next time or something
