Here is L's Super Attack, Radiant Alliance. Since Near deserved to be in the game at any form (since this post https://gamejolt.com/p/near-says-if-light-and-l-got-in-this-game-without-me-maybe-i-ll-iknbppra) i decided to give L a Super Attack "Radiant Alliance", which starts with Near uses an attack and L too.
