Here's a little art tip.

If you're having trouble getting your character's eyes to match, try this:

If you're right-handed, sketch the eye on the left first. If left-handed, sketch the eye on the right first. Then work on both evenly until finished.

Of course another method for digital artists is to just copy and paste the first eye, then edit it (sometimes this is all that is needed), and redraw/repaint over it to give it that individual touch. This usually works best for front-facing poses, though, so keep that in mind.

Another behind-the-scenes gif from Blender, this time of my Companion Hues avatar frame. It's actually a twisted cube mesh following a circle curve.

Some behind-the-scenes gifs showing a bit of the creation process for my Back to Y2K avatar frame in Inkscape, Krita, and Blender.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! Mine will be pretty busy at first, but I should get a break on Sunday. Take care!

New illustration for a friend.

Originally, I was going to make it a blue forest, but tried a warm yellow glow just to see what would happen, and fell in love with it, sooo... Maybe a blue forest will happen another time.
