My main account is gone.
A couple weeks ago, I was logged out of my main Gamejolt account, X-WayOfficial, because Gamejolt likes to do that to me sometimes. While I was able to get my account back in the past, I am unable to do so now. Why? There are a couple of reasons.

1. My Email is...not really mine.
Little known fact about me is--I'm only 17. I've had my main account for around 3 years, so I was in my late year of middle school when I was using Gamejolt. I believe I had it registered with my 1st grandfather's email, because my mother did not and does not have an active email address to use. While I was able to recover my account in the past quickly enough to not even warrant an alt (my alt was made for unrelated reasons), I cannot recover it now, as the device authorization email is not appearing in the inbox (I logged into the email account and checked it myself). Which leads me to a potential 2nd problem...

2. The email might have already been changed...?!
As I was typing this out, I realized that the email my main account is currently assigned to might not even be my grandfather's anymore, but instead, my grandmother's. The problem here is that not only did my grandmother not use this phone very often, but she has gained dementia--which type I do not know. This could not only mean that nobody knows the passcode to her phone, but could mean that, because of her cognitive decline, her phone was taken away and discarded.

I have contacted Gamejolt, and they have explained that they cannot help me with this situation. As of typing this, I emailed my grandfather, asking if her phone still existed as well as the email, but I fear it will not bear good fruit.

So, unfortunately, at this point in time...

I will be starting from nothing.
