Can somebody explain to me what this badge is

Picked up my drawing tablet for the first time in months and spent like 5-6 hours on this Still learning how to draw better in general too- (and only used an airbrush pattern on the hat at some points, everything else is just lines!)

Getting back into learning how to draw again (The above is unfinished, also first time I am doing it based off of a photo to learn how to draw humans/faces). If anybody can guess who I am drawing then I will FedEx you a cup of untied stale chocolate milk
