Luis es el primo pequeño de Mauricio, trabaja con Mauricio en su camión de comida, a veces ayuda a Mauricio a cocinar la comida pero más que nada es conocido por vender papas fritas a los clientes, le ENCANTAN tanto las papas fritas que no puede pasar un día sin comer algunas.

A la gente de Loco Island le gusta mucho Luis, dicen que es muy amable y educado y que se disculpa mucho lo cual los clientes encuentran encantador, pero eso no significa que Mauricio no sea querido, la gente los quiere a ambos casi por igual.
