Some lore may be not accurate to the source material, so the reason why she exactly owns it isn't exactly LORE ACCURATE, but it does give a reason about other STORY ELEMENTS this character has especially the mental arc. If you didn't know there was a confusing arg about Saridge's past personality and even tho still canon is confusing af during the first 2 chapters of the Metaversal Mayhem saga. The fact that Saridge kills Alice like that is only there to justify why Alice is all of the sudden is in Lizzy's head on the mental arc and not like important to the lore of the Tg sylebroverse. The idea of the one who owns and manages the Tg sylebroverse was either between Me and Alice before I decided to choose me and since this universe is so blown out different. Also Alice has almost like... zero involvement to be added as a character here, so there is that.
