Second, Download the Sonic mania .cia of .3dsx off universal updater (if you do not have universal updater follow this guide on how to install it >https://universal-team.net/projects/universal-updater if you do not have FBI here's a guide on how to install >https://www.gamebrew.org/wiki/FBI_3DS) sonic mania will appear as an app but not playable and may crash your 3ds so next download the data.rdsk file here >https://archive.org/download/data.rsdk after that you want to copy the data rdsk to the "3ds" folder if it doesn't already exist then you want to create a folder named SonicMania in the 3ds folder then move the data rdsk to the SonicMania folder then close your files app,take your sd card out and pop it into your 3ds and have fun! you now can play sonic mania on the go!
