The graphics look beautiful, and the sound design is great.
While the story is still starting off, it keeps you engaged and intrigued, and if you're the type of person who likes a mystery, I'm getting major easter egg vibes all over the place, including a reference to a previous game by the same studio called NightmareHouse 2 (NH2 technically a mod for Half-Life 2, so it's free, but it's set in it's own universe, but this game is made in- Unity I think?)
Also, the demo leaves off on enough of a cliff hanger to make you want to play the full game, while leaving you enough resolve to feel satisfied with your play-through, so it really nailed that part for sure.
The music is great, made by the well known TheLivingTombstone.
The voice acting is great! Like seriously, most games have poor voice acting, but most of the voice acting in this is actually pretty convincing.
Over all, it has a great sense of Action/Horror blend. While it does have bits that are a bit slower, generally it keeps up the tension, and while it might not be as scary as a raw horror game, it's still pretty scary, and awesome in it's own right.
If you enjoyed games like the original FEAR (which I hear it takes a lot of inspiration from) this would be a great game for you.
Over all, it's a great package, and I have few to little criticisms, such as a section that's a little too dark to see, but I still got through, and it was short. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
I'm super pumped for the full release, and I hope you are too.
