While I am doing some overhauls to the MV version, I was able to add an option to use more lightweight effects. While the Pixi powered godrays are a visual treat, JS ain’t exactly known for speed. So… I have added an option to choose between Pixi and old-school effects. Hopefully, this will be helpful.

While I’m at it, I am overhauling the renderer to improve the game’s performance and reduce the memory usage in-game.

Next up

Added the option to rebuild the cache. This will clear the cache and then decompress the files from the packages.

Added a simple audio system to the launcher.

Wrote a tool that installs the game's dependencies. That means Northbridge will always use the latest version of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.

Game development progresses smoothly. A mini WIP.
