I finally managed to draw their faces kinda okayish (still not happy with Max in the front)

I'll get back to this drawing in a few weeks, sometimes you need time away from an image to understand what is wrong and how you need to proceed :)

The client was still unsure for the composition of the cover of the project so I made a more detailled sketch with teenee tiny iterations !

(had to delayed the wip posts of this project bc the release is pushed a bit!)

Finally progressed to a detailled sketch for the cover of the secret project !
