I have a problem with using Unity. (Fixed it)

So today I wanted to start a new project to test out some stuff in Unity, and before I did that I manually deleted some editor versions that I wasn't using. I did this due to another bug from a while ago where Unity wasn't allowing me to remove a specific version of the editor.

My current problem is that whenever I open up a project it only opens up the game view window, and doesn't allow me to manually add any other windows as tabs. This means I can only use Unity with a shit ton of windows in front of my game view window, which is not fun. I think while deleting those versions, I may have deleted something important that should be preventing this problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be helpful. I've tried manually adding windows and using a different version of the editor, neither one of those fixed the problem.
