Jasper in my lore is a Farmer who cares a lot about Matthew, he was a normal dog before, when the Project Reborn Iniciative accidentally turned all of the Porras Pets, Michu, Luna, Lasie, Kitty, Apple, Jack and Himself into Humanoid Furries.
Jasper knew how to talk all of the sudden, but still cared for everyone.

What would Jasper's Role be in Perfect Crootox?
He would be Skaza's Mentor, Jasper, apart from being a Mutant, he met Skaza when she was just a Cub, he would teach her about the world and stuff she should know to control herself, deep down Skaza might be ruthless and unmerciful, but she still has a soft spot for Jasper.
Jasper's relation with Matthew And The Glitch Dimensions?
Jasper plays a partial role in Matticraft's world, he's the chef of The Dreamchasers (Matthew's Crew), Jasper is basically Matticraft's Grandfather Figure.
Will we see more of Jasper's Family?
I do plan on making all of the pets eventually.
