This is a Mario skin created by Parthon, the skin was discovered by the youtuber MCBYT this skin may be the first player made Minecraft skin ever, created the day skins were released on June 13th 2009 in version 0.0.18a of Minecraft, Parthon is extremely lucky to be the first person to create a custom Minecraft skin, also the head is not 1 to 1 because of the limits of Minecraft's buildings.
