I've had to learn while making this game that not everything has to be perfect.
If I stopped to make sure every last little detail was perfect, I'd never get anything done. (❁´◡`❁)

ANYWAY- I remade the main character's overworld sprites.

WE JUST REACHED OVER 100 BACKERS ON KICKSTARTER!! The Twelve Slot Saloon is getting closer to it's funding goal everyday, thank you all so very much! I can't express how much this support truly means to me AAAAAAAA KICKSTARTER: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/jamesyevon/the-twelve-slot-…

As of today I am now a Game Jolt Creator! How did I get here? -I don't know. How many orphans were sacrificed along the way? -Will not disclose. What does this all mean and what am I'm going to bring to the table? -More in the article.

I've been working more on my game recently- One element in this game that I think works surprisingly well is the 'Strong Attacks' the will hit you during battles. Just having a warning somehow doesn't make it feel as bad when you get pummeled

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!

Super proud of getting this to work- But using Save Data to solve puzzles in my game will probably forever be my favorite concept The Kickstarter is looking pretty grim with only 4 days remaining, but there's time!

Something dumb I added to The Twelve Slot Saloon's demo. Text Flavor. It's always been in the game, I just didn't have a button to change the styles before. The funny thing is how drastically different battles look with it.

Happy Valentine's Day! With love from your favorite toaster- Toasta.

For this game I wanted to add an extra bit of challenge with dodging, so I added a meter that fills up every turn, and once it's full the enemy will perform a strong attack! I thought it was a good idea but what do you think?
