Differences between them

Pacifist ~ Same pretty much as Undertale on how to stay on the route but also Frisk actually talks.
Bad ~ You've killed atleast one Monster, Frisk is silent, and the story gets a bit more depressing.
Continued Genocide ~ You're continuing the genocide from the before timeline, bossfights are brutal, you'll continue from LV 20, and Frisk still doesn't talk.

There will be a different requirement to enter the geno route that starts at the beginning of the game, if you don't do said requirement you are on the pacifist route until you kill a monster, if you've entered the bad route there will be a limit on how many you can kill, reaching that limit will trigger another ending. (The limit part and the genocide requirement part will make more sense in the story)
