ISO Tips and Advice Moving Forward (Video Semi-Relevant)

Hello, all!
I'm a recently graduated prospective game developer (B.S. in Game Design), and I'm hoping to get some advice moving forward.
I've been using Unreal and Unity (more so Unreal) and have a good grasp of the program and its coding languages, and have some half-baked systems that I've created during my schooling and since graduating using said languages. (Attached is a camera bug I found while working on a combat system!)
I'm looking for advice on what exactly to put in my portfolio and how to format it, as screenshots of code snippets seem odd. I'm looking to work on projects as a gameplay designer, and want my portfolio to reflect that.

I'm also in search of any information regarding getting noticed by teams or hired by developers. I'm relatively new to the community, despite having a few years of coding and development experience under my belt.
Thank you so much for reading and for any help you may be able to give!!
