Today was pretty interesting. A bird flew by and landed on my porch, I thought it would go away when I got close, but it let me pet it with my finger. Not how I expected my day to start, but I guess it would count as good luck in Kessah's eyes. Speaking of Kessah, it's been months since she gave me the news about her moving and there's only a month left before she moves. It still makes me feel nervous, I don't think I'll be able to adapt with her gone. She told me that once she leaves, we could call each other since her mom is finally giving her phone permissions, I'm pretty happy about that. Otherwise, my day has been pretty standard after that strange bird incident. I'm going to practice using a gun thanks to my brother, we've been wanting to do it for a while now. My dad keeps thinking the idea is too stupid, but again, I don't think his opinions matter that much. It's not like he really spends a lot of time with us anyways... so..
