A drawing of the new lil' Yosh design, my Mario self insert/OC

he is a green yoshi with sunglasses, fingerless gloves, a golden piercing on his right nostril, air force-like boots, a cool fire pattern on his red back shell and a golden necklace with a small yoshi shaped pendant

I plan on doing a full reference sheet if I find time, but by now this is all we got of the new design

Talking about it, did you prefer this one or the original? Does this have way too much going on? Did the other one lack features? Did they both suck ass? I want genuine criticism, and don't worry! I will not be sad! I will be more sad if you lie to me!
