Been a bit since I've done a full on update, but since the gamepage has reached almost 300 followers, alongside my birthday coming up soon, I thought I'd do this for y'all.
So, first off, what position is the game in right now? Well, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get this out before the end of this month as I said before, this being due to some mental health complications and set backs, but I will be able to make a large sum of process, we'll see.
Unfortunately, not a whole lot of progress has been made on cutscenes yet, but I do hope to get farther with them sooner rather than later, we'll see.
The biggest thing I have to share is a new mechanic during the night section, one that will give a lot more variety for the gameplay:
At the start of every night, the player will have to roll a slot machine that will give them random enemies to deal with. And if they die, then they'll have to roll the slot machine again.
This will allow there to be more enemies and mechanics while not overcrowding things too too much. Regardless, the gameplay will still be very hectic, yet fair.
Speaking of more enemies, time to show y'all one of the new ones I cooked up that you may get while rolling the slot machine. It's a remake of The Berserker from an older version of Lament, one that you can find on the gamepage:
