basically one day- Duncan (the bully) goes up to billy on a cold December day, and offers to play a "game" with him called gut punchers, in which of course billy was forced to oblige, and was punched in the stomach so hard he fell unconscious on the icy ground, left to die via frostbite, weeks later, and a mysterious cloaked figure comes and brings billy back to life-

with this, Billy encounters Duncan, with the both of them having one last "playdate", and the best part? billy has a new toy for them to play with-
