This is T3-L13, or Charlie Robot, he is inspired by one of my favorite Nintendo game playing on the Nintendo 3Ds, Chibi-Robo! That's where I got my last name from and the idea to make Charlie.

Charlie is a Astromech from the OverCross Universe, Astromechs there are completely different than the ones from Star Wars, they do make Berps and Boops, they do copilot ships and they do have the same equipment as them, but they are human like, they don't roll, they walk.

You can find Astromechs in the wild or you can build them. If you find an Astromech in the wild, that means they've been abandoned or they're master has died, the Astromechs have to find there new master, family or friend.

Charlie Robot did have a master named Arnie Robotson, but he was murdered in 2003, but Charlie has found a new ally, ever since then, he was treated like a brother.

I also notice from other people that Charlie is considered cute, probably the design or the eyes, IDK you tell me.
