Mindy art tests!

I wouldn’t mind some constructive criticism (not actual bullying please) on how to make her look better.


The 2nd Test was inspired by the 70s style of punk/gothic, but I still wanted that welcome home bright colors.

I’m not really sure how to put those two together so some help would be appreciated!

the 1st test was more or less just a bored drawing… I didn’t really have much inspiration for it, but I wanted to give that drawing a Tomboy feel to it… it didn’t really work out so well.

the 3rd test is staying close to her original design, the strip colors are inspired from the 2nd design’s skirt, I am most happy with the 3rd test, I just wish it gave more of the punk-esc but still maintaining the colorful aesthetic of Welcome home, which I fear might clash too Much and might be impossible.

so, some help would definitely be appreciated!

I’m gonna draw Cindy later, but I want to get Mindy done first.

hai… so this was originally supposed to be better, and more frames butttt for some reason procreate dreams decided to fail on me and turn every color I drew grayish so I couldn’t finish it so I tried

I realized that last time I drew him, (the picture where he is hugging Missy) I gave him the wrong base color before I colored him :)
