My EXE take that controls time that coexists with and hates Lord X

he doesn't have full reign over a cursed copy but rather tears apart timelines of many existing copies.

The tails of this universe has PTSD and was rapid aged by him. #EXEfriday


Yes it's Scourge from The Archie Comics lol.

He's got clockwork insides and a skeleton like the TERMINATOR all while looking like he hasn't aged a bit since his conception.

He isn't effected by time, but rather foregoes it.

His eyes turn like a clock, and the faster they turn, the faster things around him age in relativity to where he is.

Yes I was inspired by JJBA lol.

I'll finish and flesh the art and proof of concept out later because I'm runnin' outta time buds!
