Concept for an inventory interface

Implemented the Shark enemy & water physics. Not sure if I will keep the sinking behavior as default though.

There is a bug with the drop through platforms that I will address at some point.

Added in a sniper & started testing different gameplay scenarios.

Jetpack enemy now shoots rockets
