New updated roadmap!

Support for Line Battle:

V1.2.0 - Controller support (about 90% done)

V1.3.0 - New maps

V1.4.0 - Power ups

General Support:

V1.2.0 - GameJolt integration (Part 2)

V1.4.0 - Will be the last support update before V2.0.0 which will contain Tank War.

I thought I'd update the roadmap since I used 1.1.2 for a bug fix. I also started to use the Major.Minor.Patch format.
