Changes:

+ Speed boost
+ Slow down an opponent
+ Inverts a random opponent's controls
+ Switches player places with a random opponent
+ Makes player invincible for a short time

* Added version number to main menu
* Fixed some bugs
This update was pretty easy to get finished. I'll be rolling out a patch sometime soon to fix a small bug and balance the power-ups. The next major update will be the last major update before Tank War releases. That means this update will be the last content rich update for Tank War since the next major update is going to focus on polish and adding mobile support.
