Aaron was a former Jedi padawan before Order 66, which was an event where nearly all their comrade clone troopers turned on all the Jedi and attempted to wipe them all out. He was one of the few survivors and had to live on the streets with another kid he met, Vince. Even changing his last name from Revera to Elight to better hide himself. They both would become smugglers when they got older.
10 years later, Aaron's force sensitivity would be discovered by the Empire, resulting in a fight with an Inquisitor, a dark side user trained by the Empire to kill any remaining Jedi left. Aaron would nearly get killed until his crew rescued him. He knew he can't keep running anymore, so now he and his crew are helping to fight the Empire and help other force-sensitives.
