Now we have a "meet the family" scenario, Haiden/Lucas be judging everyone here. No one is safe from Haiden's judgement.


Haunted Haiden - Meet the Family

Top, Confrontation:

Rachel finds a cat wandering around the Funland one evening, since animals aren’t really allowed in the establishment she follows it. The cat leads her to a hidden room that wasn’t on any of the maps and one she had no idea existed. Upon entering this room she finds a secret that no one, except for her daughter Ashley, knows about.

Haiden is alive and he has been for a long, long time. He knows what she’s done and what she will do, so he comes to her with understanding and a warning. Things will never be the same afterwards.

Middle, Meeting Michael:

After Lake‘s Funland burns down, Haiden stays with Ashley for a few months while he gets used to his new freedom and waits for Dorothy’s will to process. A couple of months into Haiden’s stay Ashley decides to bring over her new boyfriend, Michael Schmidt, who used to work the day shift at Lake’s. Despite Haiden’s meta-knowledge that these two would eventually marry, he can’t help but want to test him. In the spirit of elder brothers everywhere.

To say Michael is rather apprehensive to meet a possessed mascot of his former workplace would be an understatement. Ashley meanwhile, wonders if this was a good idea.

Bottom, Lore Dump:

Mason Conroy, Ashley’s father, was the first to meet Haiden after the Funland burned down. Despite some initial fear and wariness, he accepted Haiden as Ashley’s older brother figure and welcomed him into the family. One day, while Ashley is out grocery shopping, Mason takes this chance to ask Haiden what the hell happened at Lake’s Funland and why Rachel has gone missing.

Haiden reluctantly complies, warning him that what he’s about to reveal will change everything and that he must never tell anyone until it’s time. Mason assumes that it can’t be that bad, he is wrong.

Perhaps he should never have asked in the first place…

I don’t know what Mason Conroy looks like apart from only one minigame sprite, 8/16-bit minigames do not offer much… and why is Michael’s official hairstyle so hard to draw? Heisenmorg, how do you do it?
